The Science of Heart Intelligence: Harnessing the Power Within for Harmony and Success

"Understanding Heart Coherence and Its Impact on Mind, Body, and Spirit"

The great thing about learning to be aware is that you start noticing things about yourself, your life, and the environment where you are inserted without judging. Condemning other's attitudes, and even yours, does not help get you where you want. It holds you back, attaching you to past actions, making you ruminate on what didn't work, and questioning why certain things keep happening repeatedly.

It also reinforces negative or limiting beliefs you might have acquired along the way, like:

  • Life is hard

  • There is not enough time

  • There is not enough (money, jobs, suitable housing…) for everyone

  • You are not good enough, or you don't have specific skills

  • I can't afford it

  • It will be difficult

  • I'm too busy

  • It will take a long time to do it, better not

All this thinking process comes from a part of our mind (the ego) that looks pretty rational. Still, it's very fear-oriented and always calls your attention because it constantly says you must be alert to survive. But when you become more aware, you will notice that the ego is very deceiving, and you can make decisions differently.

You can consciously start to change your thinking process.

I invite you to start working on heart-based living, which is the practice of qualifying your thoughts, feelings, and actions through your heart for more effective choices and guidance. I encourage you to follow your heart more! There is a whole science behind this approach that teaches you how to access your heart intelligence (the HeartMath institute is leading several studies if you want to know more) and how, as you work to bring your heart into coherence, you also get your brain and your autonomic nervous system into coherence, its means that you will be functioning in an optimal state, like a flow state not sending conflicting messages to your brain, causing confusion and inefficiency.

It looks pretty technical, but in simple words, when you are feeling stressed, you tend to habitually respond to pressured situations with intense anger, resentment, and harmful remarks, even though in your heart you know this behavior is destructive and affects you and even people you love.

Coherence is your optimal state

Practicing heart coherence and including your heart's intuitive feelings along with your mind when making choices and decisions that shape your life's direction and happiness will lead you to where you want. The best part is that you don't have to believe in me; you can easily implement it and experience the results.

Practice qualities of your Heart: Love, compassion, kindness, patience, forgiveness, cooperation, and similar qualities. Heart-based living refers to all intentions and actions that express qualities of the heart in daily life.
