Daily Contemplation - Based on A Year of Forgiveness

20 minutes of guided meditation in 3 steps: (1) Relax your body and your mind, be present (2) Listen to the text reading; (3) Remain in silence, allow the connection with your higher self, and see what opens to you

Have you ever felt that life can be confusing and contradictory? Despite societal expectations of success and happiness, many people find themselves in a constant state of stress and dissatisfaction. I, too, once followed the conventional path of achievement, ticking off life's checkboxes, but I was often overwhelmed by sadness and a sense of emptiness.

In my mid-20s, I stumbled upon Hatha Yoga, and it triggered a transformation within me. Although I couldn't pinpoint it at the time, something had shifted. Over the years, I delved into yoga, explored yogic philosophy, and embraced meditation. These practices unveiled a profound sense of purpose and inner guidance, teaching me that while pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice.

In my 40s, I encountered a book titled "A Course in Miracles," initially dismissing it. However, destiny had other plans. Years later, I embarked on this metaphysical journey, which teaches a new thought system, the laws of creation, the choices we have, and the ability to choose love over fear. It gave me a different perspective on Freedom and Peace, things that I value so much.
