Navigating Midlife: Finding Happiness and Meaning Beyond 40
Finding Your Path: Embracing Your Unique Journey After 40
Existential questions are always present in our lives, but societal conditioning often teaches us to suppress these profound thoughts as we grow. Yet, as time passes, a nagging sense of discontent can prompt us to reflect on the journey we have been living so far. Instead of dwelling on the past, the key lies in looking forward...
Start listening when something CLICKS inside you.
Throughout my career and attempts to balance work and personal life, chronic stress and burnout became all too familiar. Unaware, I kept pushing forward until the low moments forced me to pay attention to what truly mattered – and my "click moments." were there to guide me.
But what exactly is a click moment?
That inexplicable feeling of knowing something is right for you, even if you can't articulate why. My first click moment occurred during a yoga class, signaling there was more to the practice than mere exercise. I didn't know what that meant but I had a sound night of sleep for the first time ever.
A click moment instills a deep trust that everything is as it should be, guiding you toward your life's purpose.
The urge to stop compromising ourselves becomes inevitable as we age, making the click an invaluable compass. Rather than fixating on what no longer serves us, it's about embracing our desires, awakening our dormant dreams, and bringing them to fruition.
Increasing your awareness is the first step.
Listening to what clicks you leads to the right decisions and self-prioritization, and you will have sustained energy – guarding you against burnout.
Enhancing awareness can be achieved through:
Journaling - Morning pages will expand your creativity
Meditation - 5 minutes of regular practice will be valuable
Self-inquiry - Asking questions to yourself and contemplating what opens for you
Using tools like the Wheel of Life
Your click moment may be subtle or resounding, but it will provide insight and trust, fueling personal growth and confidence. Recognizing your natural path and connecting with your inner self becomes easier, with inspiration becoming a constant companion.
In my program, "The Awakened Women - Transforming Problems into Gifts," I utilize three pillars that can be applied to your life:
Be Aware: "Choices come with awareness."
Be Inspired to Change: "Happiness is not the belief we don't have to change, it's the realization that we can."
Be Confident: "Confidence is the certainty you can figure things out."
You are just a click away from your best life!!!
