"Emotions: Your Infallible Guide to Authentic Living"

 Listen to Your Heart: Embracing Emotions as Your Inner Compass

Do you know what you want to know more about your emotions? Learn to listen to your heart, and use your inner compass. Because what you feel becomes the energy, the signal you emit, and the higher your vibration, the easier and faster you can manifest what you want into your life. 

If you want to be authentic and become a deliberate creator, you must know what creation works, and knowing the difference between the thought of what you want and its absence could be hard sometimes. But distinguishing between the emotional response to the thought of what you want and your emotional response to the thought of what you don't want is easy and clear.

  1. Your emotions are your indicators of the vibrational content of your Being in every moment

  2. Any emotion comes as a result of a thought

  3. Every emotion produces an specific chemical reaction in your body

  4. The emotions you feel become the energy frequency you emit 

You are energy moving through form

Quantum physics has shown us that things aren't like tiny bricks at the smallest level of our universe. Instead, they're more like buzzing energy fields that never stop moving. This energy isn't just out there—it's inside everything, including us! So, instead of solid stuff, we're actually made of this vibrating energy that's always in motion, like a never-ending dance.

I bet you have experienced moments when you could feel your vibration and also other people's, especially when you meet people who are vibrating very differently from us or when you have a perfect match and you have an incredible connection. 

Your emotions are about your relationship with your source. Our natural state is love and we think, imagine or do things that are not aligned with love; we feel negative emotions that are indicators that we need to do something to go back into alignment.

Don't be trapped in your emotions

Emotions can be very intense, and one of the traps is to accept that because you are feeling an intense negative emotion, there is nothing you can do about it. I'm not saying you should suppress your emotions, but you can look deeper and see the thoughts causing them and proactively choose a better-feeling thought that will lead you to a better-feeling emotion. 

If you regularly feel the same emotion, for example, overwhelmed, your body will be constantly producing matching chemicals, and over time, it will be accustomed to these chemicals. So, every time you are not feeling overwhelmed, your body will produce signs to your brain to find something that can overwhelm you so your body gets the usual chemicals that now it's craving. That's why it's so important to be in vigilant of your thoughts. 

The emotions you feel become the energy you emit

We live in a vibrational universe, which means that when you have a desire for something, you emit a signal to the universe to create what you want, and the universe immediately starts to work on it. The tricky part is that to receive it, you must have a vibration that matches what you want. For example, If you want to make more money, the universe that works with infinite abundance starts to work to send it to you. Still, if you are worried on how you will pay your bills, or hating the work you do to make money, you are emitting a very different vibration of abundance, even worse you a sending out vibrations of lacking and it's when you start to have even more challenges in your life. That's why its crucial to learn and pay attention to your emotions, they are your guidance to see how you aligned your are with what you want and who you are.

Using this emotional scale is very helpful to start to increase your awareness of where you are and what you can do to move along the scale.

Imagine this scale as an upward spiral, a neutral floor, and a downward spiral. It's very hard to do big jumps between emotional levels, and if you are in a lower downward movement, it would be easy to have a goal of reaching the neutral level before you aim to the top of the upward spiral, which is Joy/Love and Appreciation.

How to use the emotional guidance scale

  1. Identify where you are

  2. Look for a thought or do something that would support you to move up to the next level above; even if it's still a negative emotion, you are already working your way up in the scale.

  3. Don't get too caught up in the classification; it's just a guide

  4. Use your power of focus - by thinking, remembering, and imagining things. 

  5. You focus the energy when you speak, write, listen, are in silence, remember, and imagine - you focus on it through the projection of thought.
